Changes to Your Member Experience : Centralized Hub
To make managing your membership easier, a centralized hub has been established within the ILC Members Portal so members no longer need to log into two separate accounts to manage subscriptions, access information, or complete digital purchases.
What Is Changing?
Digital Purchases & Renewals: All digital purchases—including gradings, memberships, licensing, and the Video Class Library—are now powered directly by the ILC Members Portal. If a purchase is started on www.iliqchuan.com, it will automatically reroute to the portal to complete seamlessly.
Physical Goods: Physical merchandise will continue to be processed separately through www.iliqchuan.com.

🚨 Important Notice Regarding All Subscriptions (Memberships, Licenses & Class Video Library)
Please Do Not Be Alarmed: Automatic renewals on www.iliqchuan.com are being canceled as part of this transition. Members will receive auto-renewal cancellation emails for active memberships, licenses, and Video Class Library subscriptions, but access will remain active until the current expiration date.
No Immediate Loss of Access: Active access to memberships, licenses, and the Video Class Library continues uninterrupted through the paid period.
Action Required to Continue: To maintain access once the current period ends, members simply need to re-subscribe. Subscriptions can now be completed directly through the Members Portal or by following the normal links on www.iliqchuan.com.
Account & Purchase History Summary
Main Website Account Access: Main website accounts remain accessible.
Purchase History: Complete purchase history—including both digital orders and physical goods—will be available directly within the Members Portal (provided the same email address is used to make purchases on www.iliqchuan.com).
New Upload Tools for Instructors & Event Organizers
Event Materials: A dedicated upload section is now available on the Event Management page for files associated with specific events.
General Files for HQ: A separate upload section on the main dashboard of the members portal allows materials to be shared directly with Headquarters.
